Exchange Policy

At Beeba Designer Suit, we follow a customer-friendly exchange policy to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for our valued customers. We are committed to assisting you both before and after your purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear images and an unboxing video for verification.

Shipping Returns / Replacement Process

We do not accept returns once an item has been sold and delivered.

However, in the case of a damaged product, defective item, or wrong product delivery, the following conditions will apply:

• The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

• The customer will be required to ship the outfit back at their own expense.

• Once the issue is verified and approved by our team, we will arrange a replacement of the product through the fastest possible courier service available.

• Every product dispatched from Beeba Designer Suit undergoes multiple levels of quality checking, finishing inspection, and packaging verification before shipment.

Important Note for Ethnic Wear

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of ethnic wear and designer outfits, slight shedding or movement of decorative elements such as:

• motis

• sequins

• stones

• beads

• embroidery work

may occur during transit or while opening the package. This is considered normal and will not be treated as a product defect.

All outfits are carefully inspected before dispatch and packed securely using protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Customers are requested to open the package carefully to avoid any damage to delicate handwork or embellishments.

Minor handwork variations, slight embellishment shedding, or natural irregularities in handcrafted ethnic wear are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
